What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for launch updates.
• YouTube video URLs you submit for analysis.
• Aggregate site analytics via Vercel Analytics — page views, country-level location, referrer. No cookies, no third-party fingerprinting, no PII.

What we do with it

• Send occasional updates to subscribers.
• Run comment analysis on submitted YouTube videos.
• Monitor site health through aggregated stats.

Who processes it

• Supabase — database hosting (US region).
• Vercel — application hosting and analytics (global CDN).
• YouTube Data API — source of public video comments.

How long we keep it

• Emails: until you unsubscribe.
• Analysis reports: 30 days after creation, then quote text and video metadata are automatically deleted for YouTube API compliance (see Terms).
• Analytics: per Vercel's retention policy.

Your rights

What we don't do

We don't sell data. We don't run ads. We don't fingerprint visitors. We don't use third-party trackers beyond Vercel Analytics.
